Phase 1 - Discovery

This is the time when NextGen gets to know a little bit about who you are and what your business does. At this time we will talk about a few different topics and work with you to answer a few important questions.

1 - Who will be using your web site, is it for internal purposes to your business or will it target clients.
2 - What will you be offering to your audience on your web site?
3 - What are the marketing objectives if any for marketing your site, NextGen can provide consulting services if needed.
4 - Do you have a design concept already visualized that we should work with

Phase 2 - Conceptualize

This is when NextGen takes the information gathered from you and begins to build the design concept for your site. This is when we decide colour schemes, navigation, placement of graphics, will flash be used, all with keeping in mind design best practices and ease of use. Once this is all completed we bring the results to you for your approval.

Phase 3 - Design/Implementation

In this phase we take the approved concept and construct all of the necessary pages, add graphics such as pictures, and banners. Add any Flash animation that may be used, code your site for search engine efficiency, and add content management ability's. With your approval we obtain copyrights through our Copyrighting Attorney for the site. We then test your site ensuring that the entire site is working to expectations.

Phase 4 - Test and Deploy

In this phase we put your site on out web servers and point the new URL for your site to our data center. Your site is now available for you and the rest of the world to see. Again we test the site to ensure that everything is working when uploaded to the server and ensure that the customer is able to use the content management features of the site.

Phase 5 - Analyze and Review

In this phase we review how the web site is performing, check the search engine optimization (SEO) configuration, and work with you the customer to ensure that you are getting the most out of your web site

Phase 6 - Revision

In this phase we take the information we received from you and the analysis data we collected in Phase 5 to optimize, update and perfect your design. Phases 5 and 6 are repeated constantly to ensure a quality product for you and your business.
